- 2 apples, cored and chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider (or apple juice)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

2. Place the sliced kielbasa into the slow cooker, distributing it evenly along the bottom.

3. combine the chopped apples, brown sugar, apple cider, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

6. Once the cooking time is up, gently stir the kielbasa bites to coat them in the sauce again.

7. garnish with chopped fresh parsley just before serving to add a touch of color and fresh flavor.

8. Enjoy your Slow Cooker Apple Kielbasa Bites hot, dispensing them onto a serving tray with toothpicks or serving them over your chosen accompaniment.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

"I am Sending warm wishes to all the lovely mothers on this beautiful and blessed Mother's Day."

And now, these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13 NIV

A perfect and loving family is what we all wish for. We see people who have families that are much different from ours. As we experience their unique culture, we wish we had a family like them. But really, having a perfect family isn't possible. We all will have problems and accomplishments that make us unique from every other family worldwide. So, think hard about how different your family is. Appreciate that you have a family and are never alone because they help us through tough times. It is never foolish to wish for a perfect family, but it is unwise to abandon your unique family.
